Keyuan Garden
Keyuan Garden is one of the four famous gardens of the Qing dynasty (1644-1911) in Guangdong Province.
Lying in the west of Dongguan, it occupies a triangular area totaling 2,200 square meters (0.54 acres). Structures within it were built with blue bricks (1850) in by Zhang Jingxiu, a deposed military officer. In 2001, the garden was placed under state protection as a national cultural treasure.
Like other gardens in southern China, the buildings, flowers, hills and lakes in Keyuan blend harmoniously with the surroundings. Visitors will be satisfied with the perfect scenery wherever they stand. When walking into this garden, you will find that its arrangement is quite complex. Paths extend in all directions, there are 130 doorways and 108 gateposts opening onto pavilions and kiosks. It resembles a life-sized maze, and if you are not careful enough, you may lose yourself (temporarily) in this picturesque garden.

Yuehui Garden
Yuehui Garden covers a land area of 500,000 square meters, comprising more than 100 scenic spots. The garden is a masterpiece of the south style gardens, equally as famous as Beijing’s royal gardens, and Jiangsu's gardens. In this garden, Yuehui, you can have a grand sight of south China's culture, and appreciate the essence of poems, calligraphy, traditional paintings and antiques.
Yuehui garden is also recognized for its exquisite designed, which perfectly combine traditional garden art and modern tastes. With pavilions, winding corridors, stone bridges, rockeries, ancient trees and willows, streams and cascades flowing around the garden and along the lotus pond, the scenery is a vivid picture of ancient Chinese poems.
Walking through the garden, you will hear the ballads of Cantonese opera music, folk-customs of south China and enjoy the artistic works of curving, gardening, architecture and opera.

Yuan Chonghuan Memorial Garden
Yuan Chonghuan Memorial Garden was constructed to commemorate Yuan Chonghuan, a famous general who fought bravely against the invasion by Qing’s troop during the late Ming Dynasty. The park, covering an area of 110,000 square meters, is filled with interesting attractions: Yuan Chonghuan’s Statue, Former Residence, Ancestral Temple, Tomb, and Memorial Hall as well as the Ming Street and the Ancient Great Wall.
The garden was built with the style of south China gardens.
